Science learning in the 2013 curriculum seeks to solve real-life problems and understand impact of science on technological developments, life its future so that becomes more meaningful. However, students require be trained get ability scientifically through scientific social issues. The observations result field reveal there are limited materials teaching can train students' problem-solving skills. To overcome these problems, needed, namely a module based Socio Scientific Issues by applied model Problem Based Learning. research purpose is generate Issue-based with Learning valid practical global warming material. type used development or Research Development (R&D). 4-D (four-D models) three modification stages consisting define, design, develop. This validated 3 validators. instrument was validity practicality questionnaire. test obtained value 85.17% category very valid. teacher score 87.65% 89.95% practical. results, it concluded material for seventh grade junior high school
